GUESTHOUSE ZEKO ROŽAT is located in Rožat, in the quiet area of significant landscape of so-called Rijeka dubrovačka (Dubrovnik river), 200 meters from the source of Ombla which is considered the shortest river in the world. Its course is approximately 30 metres long, and it empties into the Rijeka Dubrovačka embayment of the Adriatic Sea.
The distance from city center is 8 Km. The same distance is from the nice pebble beach where you can enjoy relax and swimming in the untouched nature.
Arboretum Trsteno is 12 Km away.
The city center is reachable by public bus in 20 minutes and departures are available every few minutes. Local bus stio is situated 50 meters from the apartment.
The closest beach is located at the distance of 3 Km and the activities possible in the proximity of the apartment are hiking, jogging or cycling by the river (6 Km long path) or mountain hiking.
The closest shop is 1 Km away and the closest restaurant 200 meters.
ACI Marina Dubrovnik is 1,5 Km away where you find store, restaurant, Renaissance summer villa Sorkočević with the park dating back from 15th century.
We have two units on the second floor in the attic in the family stone house with parquet floor, wood furred ceiling and natural wooden furniture.
Apartment (total surface of 37 m2) consists of kitchen with dining room and living room (surface of 18 m2), terrace (surface of 8 m2), double room with bed 160 x 200 cm (surface of 14 m2), bathroom with shower, extra bed for two persons, with the view on the hill with the church of Virgin’s Mary Assumption. Kitchen is equipped with electric and gas cooker, electric oven, dishwashing machine, fridge and other necessary equipment for cooking and dining. Bathroom is equipped with hair dryer and washing machine.
Room consist of sleeping room (surface of 14 m2) is equipped with twin bed (90 x 200 cm) and living room (surface of 20 m2) with sofa bed for 2 children or 1 adult, bathroom with bath tub and balcony (10 m2) with the view to the river, marina and Sorkočević summer residence and Franciscan monastery.
Both units has on disposal home fitness bike, SAT TV, air condition, heating, free WiFi, free covered parking and yard with grass sunbathing area, stone table, summer kitchen with grill and fireplace.
Apartment and rooms have all the conditions for pleasant stay, relax and sports, in the quiet environment in the direct contact with the nature and at the same time so close to the city center and all the activity possibilities available in Dubrovnik.
Apartment and rooms are available all the year around. We highly recommend holidays in May and June when you can smell lavender, rosemary, roses, orange and olive flowers in the garden, in October when our guest can cut grapes, pomegranates or quinces or in November and December when lemons and oranges ripen and in February when you can cut the mimosa flower.
