The location of these two apartments is perfect if you would like to explore Dubrovnik and its surroundings. The distance from the Old town and from the Port of Gruž is approx. 1 Km which allows you to reach the main attractions by nice relaxing walk. The apartment is located in the residential area but surrounded by a calm and green garden and terrace which allows you privacy and peace but at the same time you are close to shops, bars, restaurants, bus stop, main bus station and port.
Apartments K&L are located in the quarter of Montovjerna at the ground floor of a family property. Both apartments are air-conditioned.
Apartment K&L 1 (accommodates total 6 persons) consists of 2 bedrooms each with double bed, 1 bathroom (bath tub, WC, lavabo and washing machine), 1 WC, kitchen (stove top, oven, dish-washer, coffee maker, kettle and fridge), dining room and living room with sofa which can be used as bed for 2 persons, terrace with table/ chairs and sun umbrella.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Apartment K&L 2 (accommodates up to 4 persons) consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom (shower, WC, lavabo and washing machine), kitchen (stove top, dish-washer, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, dining table) and living room with sofa bed which can be used as bed for 2 persons, terrace with table / chairs, sun umbrella and swinging chair.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
